Dear Suppoter,The Hinkston Creek Quail Forever chapter is planning our 3rd annual fundraiser banquet on August 29th, 2009.  This is a chapter of a stable national organization that is very passionate about and dedicated to the conservation of quail, pheasants and other wildlife through habitat improvements, public awareness education and land management policies and programs. The banquet/fundraiser will be held at the Mt Sterling Civic Center in Mt Sterling, KY on August 29th, 2009, doors open at 6:00 p.m. and will feature dinner, gun raffles, silent auction and a live auction. Featured items are a Quail hunt @ Countryside Quail in KY, Pheasant hunt @ Rogers Retreat in South Dakota, Rick Smith Dog training seminar items, and much more.Your participation in our event is your opportunity to support wildlife conservation and to promote your company at a place where your name will be seen and heard.  Your contribution will help us educate adults and children alike on the importance of wildlife conservation.  Your contribution is fully tax deductible. 100% of it directly supports habitat and conservation education programs of our local chapter.  For the past several years we have donated seed to help with habitat improvement @ the Clay WMA. We provide financial support to the Fleming County youth trap team. We have held youth quail hunts to help educate kids on the importance of wildlife conservation. We help with several other smaller projects also. We are making a difference. Please consider any donation you are able to make. Do not hesitate to contact me if we may be of further assistance.  We can also issue invoices, PO’s or any other paperwork necessary to assist with your donations.  Thank you so much for your time and consideration.  We hope to be hearing from you in the near future.  Dinner cost is $15 per ticket .Please make checks out to Quail Forever Hinkston Creek.
